Welcome to MikoPop!
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MikoPop website, online store, products, content, features, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Throughout these Terms, “MikoPop,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Shanghai Meidan Industrial Co., Ltd., doing business as MikoPop.
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.
By visiting our website, using our Services, or placing an order with MikoPop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please do not access or use our Services.
Please read these Terms carefully, as they contain important information regarding your legal rights, obligations, warranties, and limitations of liability.
SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence, or that you have obtained any consent required by applicable law for a minor dependent to use the Services.
When creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your email address, billing information, payment information, and shipping address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person without our authorization.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
MikoPop offers DIY craft products, including but not limited to bead kits, beads, charms, accessories, jewelry-making supplies, tools, and other craft-related products.
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. However, product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting conditions, manufacturing batches, and the nature of the materials used.
Because some beads, charms, decorative components, and craft materials may have natural or manufacturing variations, minor differences in color, size, shape, texture, pattern, or finish may occur and do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
All product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order with MikoPop, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in your order.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, inventory errors, product availability, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms.
Your order is considered accepted after payment has been successfully processed and we confirm acceptance of your order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
If we cancel or materially modify your order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, telephone number, billing information, or other contact information provided with your order.
All returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise agreed by MikoPop, products purchased through our retail store are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.
SECTION 4 — PRICES, PAYMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed at checkout when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing, typographical, or technical errors as permitted by applicable law.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, displayed product prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges.
From time to time, MikoPop may offer discount codes, promotional pricing, free-shipping offers, bundles, gifts, or other promotions.
Promotions may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions, geographic restrictions, and other conditions.
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
MikoPop ships orders to eligible destinations according to the shipping methods and rates displayed at checkout.
All delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Orders may experience delays due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, regulatory inspections, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other logistical events.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package cannot be delivered or is returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country or jurisdiction unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
MikoPop currently provides eligible customers with a 30-day return period beginning on the date the order is received, subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Returned products generally must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and returned with their original packaging and components.
DIY kits, beads, craft supplies, or other products that have been used, assembled, altered, modified, or are missing components may not be eligible for return.
For returns caused by a change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or other reasons not caused by MikoPop, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
SECTION 7 — PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
MikoPop products may contain small beads, charms, clasps, cords, needles, tools, or other small components.
Certain products or components may present choking, puncture, or other hazards and may not be suitable for young children.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, instructions, warnings, recommended ages, and intended uses before using our products.
Children should use craft products only when appropriate for their age and under responsible adult supervision where necessary.
MikoPop products should only be used for their intended purpose.
SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their contents, including but not limited to the MikoPop name, logo, trademarks, designs, slogans, text, product descriptions, graphics, photographs, product images, illustrations, videos, audio, artwork, website design, and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to MikoPop and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, republish, commercially exploit, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from MikoPop content without our prior written permission.
The MikoPop name, logo, designs, and other brand elements may not be used without authorization.
All third-party trademarks and other intellectual property appearing through the Services remain the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 9 — OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may provide access to tools, applications, payment services, integrations, or other functionality provided by third parties.
We may not monitor or control all such third-party services.
Your use of third-party tools and services may be subject to the terms, policies, and privacy practices of the applicable third-party provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MikoPop is not responsible for losses or damages caused solely by third-party products or services outside our reasonable control.

Our Services may contain links to websites or resources operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for examining or evaluating all third-party websites and do not control their content, products, services, availability, security, or privacy practices.
If you access a third-party website, you do so subject to that website’s applicable terms and policies.
Questions or complaints concerning third-party products or services should generally be directed to the applicable third party.
SECTION 11 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
MikoPop is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, sales and purchases made through the MikoPop store are made directly between you and MikoPop.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of MikoPop products and is not responsible for MikoPop’s products, fulfillment, customer service, or transactions, except to the extent required by applicable law or arising from Shopify’s own obligations.
SECTION 12 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our online store is powered by Shopify, certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers that help us operate our store, process payments, fulfill orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, analyze website performance, and provide other Services.
Information may be processed in jurisdictions other than the jurisdiction in which you reside, subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws.

SECTION 13 — REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT

Subject to applicable law and any permissions you provide, you grant MikoPop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and adapt submitted User Content for purposes including operating, improving, and promoting MikoPop and its Services.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, abusive, obscene, malicious, infringing, or that violates the rights of another person.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you submit.
SECTION 14 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally, information available through our Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, delivery estimates, or product availability.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may modify or cancel an affected order if material information concerning that order was inaccurate.

If automated or semi-automated software, services, AI agents, crawlers, or similar technologies access or interact with our Services, such access must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and any technical restrictions or instructions implemented by MikoPop or its service providers.
Automated systems may not disguise their identity, circumvent CAPTCHAs or security controls, bypass access restrictions, or otherwise interfere with the operation or security of our Services.
We reserve the right to restrict or prevent automated access where reasonably necessary to protect MikoPop, our customers, or our Services.
SECTION 17 — TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving violations of these Terms, fraud, unlawful activity, abuse, or security risks.
You remain responsible for amounts properly due before termination.
Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
SECTION 18 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and except as expressly stated by MikoPop, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify consumer rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified.
SECTION 19 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MikoPop, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
SECTION 20 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MikoPop, Shopify, and their applicable affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or reasonable costs arising from:
- Your material breach of these Terms;
- Your violation of applicable law;
- Your violation of another person's rights; or
- Your misuse of the Services.
SECTION 21 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and, where necessary, severed from these Terms.
The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
SECTION 22 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with the policies and other terms incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and MikoPop regarding your use of the Services, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 23 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent where such restriction is permitted by applicable law.
We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations in connection with a restructuring, merger, acquisition, sale, transfer of business, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 24 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence apply, nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of rights that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
Note before publishing: Because the legal business entity operating MikoPop is located in China while the store may sell to customers in the United States and other jurisdictions, this section should be reviewed based on the jurisdictions in which you actually conduct business and sell products.

You may review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace portions of these Terms by posting an updated version on our website.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes.
Changes will become effective on the date stated in the updated Terms or applicable notice.
